Room
All steps of the process are well
managed and handled by the Supervisors with more than 10 years
experience in our company, who knows well what Masami Foods
wants, how they have to take care of the products to enhance the
quality.
Arriving hogs rest at least 2
nights in the holding pens with fresh food and water to recover
from the stress of the long trip down to Masami Foods.
The processing room is frequently washed
down and is kept clean at all times.
