The Farm

All beef come from Masami Cattle Ranch, Inc. the sister company in Corning, California. The cattle born at the ranch are the results of crossing 'Wagyu'(Japanese specific strain) and American Black Angus, the F1 and F2 furnish the rich tasty meats with more than 50% Prime grades.

Cattle Farms

The unique feeding program also contributes to this high meat quality.

Corn, barley, mill feed, almond hulls and all other feed ingredients are taken from natural sources. The cattle are raised with family care and fed an all-vegetative diet, no-hormone and no-animal byproducts included.

The cattle are shipped at 24-26 months of age, some with shorter or longer programs according to the requests of specific customers.

Pig Farms

The hogs come from contract farmers in Washington, Idaho, California, and Canada.
The farms are family managed, and the best care is taken to raise healthy animals of he highest quality.

The majority of breeds are 50% Duroc, which
contribute to the tasty meat quality
as well.
